Contact the Editorial Team

Contact Balkan Gambling at [email protected] for corrections, questions about a page or press. What to include and what we cannot help with.

To contact Balkan Gambling, email the editorial team at [email protected]. One inbox handles corrections, questions about our pages, and press or business enquiries. We do not offer phone support or live chat.

Reporting an error

If a page has a wrong fact, an out-of-date offer or a broken link, tell us. It helps if you include:

  • the page address (for example a bookmaker page or a country guide such as Serbia);
  • the sentence you think is wrong;
  • a link to the source that shows the correct fact, ideally the regulator, the law text or the operator’s own terms.

A second editor checks every reported error. When we change a fact, we update the page date and, for anything material, add a short correction note. Our editorial policy explains the process.

Problems with a casino account

We are an information site, not a casino, so we cannot see, reopen or pay out any player account. If you have a dispute about a withdrawal, a bonus or a closed account, raise it with the casino’s support team first and keep copies of every message. If that fails and the operator is licensed in your country, you can take the complaint to the regulator that licensed it, such as the Croatian Tax Administration in Croatia; our country guides name the regulator in each country. You are welcome to tell us about the dispute too, since the complaint route is one of the points we report under how we compare licensed operators.

If gambling is causing harm

Please do not wait for an email reply. Our responsible gambling page lists help services and self-exclusion options for each country we cover.

Your data

We use what you send only to answer you and fix the page. See our privacy policy for how long we keep emails and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation. Back to the home page or read about us.

How we checked this page

On 15 October 2026 we confirmed that the editorial address above is the one named across the site, and we checked that the Croatian Tax Administration’s page listing licensed online operators is publicly reachable.

Frequently asked questions

Is Balkan Gambling a casino I can contact about my account?

No. Balkan Gambling is an independent information site about casinos and betting in eight Balkan countries. We do not run games, take bets or hold player money, so we have no access to any casino account. For account questions, contact the casino directly through its own support channels.

How do I contact Balkan Gambling?

Email [email protected]. The same address handles corrections, questions about our pages and press or business enquiries. We do not run a phone line or live chat, and we never ask for passwords, card numbers or ID documents by email.

Can Balkan Gambling help me get a withdrawal paid?

No. We cannot access any casino account or make an operator pay. Contact the operator’s support first and keep records. If that fails and the operator is licensed in your country, complain to the regulator that licensed it; our country guides name each one. You can also tell us about the dispute.

How do I report a mistake on a page?

Send the page address, the sentence you think is wrong and a link to a primary source, such as a regulator, the law text or the operator’s terms. A second editor checks the claim, and if we change the page we update its date and add a correction note for material errors.
