Premier Kladionica: Licence, App, Registration and Payouts in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Premier Kladionica is a betting brand from Bosnia and Herzegovina with shops and an online sportsbook at premier-kladionica.com. The Federation of BiH licence list names PREMIER WORLD SPORT d.o.o. Čitluk as approved for internet betting, and the App Store names the same company as the seller of the Premier app. The website itself does not name its company on any public page, so we could not confirm the link from the operator’s own site. Payouts go to a BiH bank account from 20 KM or to a branch.

This guide covers what people search for alongside the name: logging in (prijava), the app (aplikacija), the odds list (ponuda), results (rezultati), payouts (isplata) and the casino section. Who runs Premier Kladionica and where it is licensed

Bosnia and Herzegovina has three gambling regimes: the Federation of BiH, Republika Srpska and Brčko District. Premier belongs to the first. The Federal Ministry of Finance’s list of gambling operators of 30 September 2026 includes this row:

The ministry’s notice of 19 January 2024 on internet gambling approvals lists PREMIER WORLD SPORT first among seven companies allowed to offer games of chance online in the Federation, alongside Lutrija BiH, which has that right by law.

What we could and could not confirm

The question readers ask most is whether “Premier World Sport” on the list is the company behind the brand. Here is what we found:

• Operator’s website: the footer shows only “betting prohibited for persons under 18”. The About page (O nama) and the rules of games of chance (Pravila igre na sreću) are shown only to logged-in users. No public page we read names a company, a licence or a registration number.
• App Store: the Premier Kladionica app (version 1.2.20, updated on 22 September 2026) lists its seller as PREMIER WORLD SPORT d.o.o. Citluk, and another app from the same seller, Premier Stickeri, carries the brand name too.
• Not confirmed: we did not find the company named in the operator’s own footer or terms. We therefore describe Premier World Sport as the company named by the App Store and the FBiH list, not as a fact stated by the website.

Where Premier is not licensed

We found no licence for the brand in Republika Srpska (which publishes no list), Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia or Montenegro. People in Croatia and Slovenia search for it often, but Croatia licenses only 12 online operators and fines taking part in foreign games with stakes paid in Croatia at EUR 1,320 to 6,630 on paper, and Slovenia allows online gambling only through its concession holders. Premier app: Android APK and iPhone

The operator offers its app through its mobile site, mobile.premier-kladionica.com, with separate instructions for each platform:

• Android: the app is an APK file downloaded from that mobile site, not from Google Play. The instructions ask you to allow installation from unknown sources (Settings, Security, Unknown sources) before downloading. Switch the setting off again once the app is installed.
• iPhone: the instructions say the app is installed from the Croatian App Store, so you may need to change your store region, download it and switch back. When we checked, the listing also appeared in the Bosnian store, at version 1.2.20, requiring iOS 15 or later.

The operator says the app covers more than 30,000 events and 13,000,000 special bets a month, live betting with free match streams for account holders, deposits and payouts. Because the Android file comes from a website, the address matters: take it only from the operator’s own mobile site. An APK sent through a messaging app or posted in a group can be a modified copy built to steal your login.

Registration and verification in general terms

The help centre walks through online registration step by step. In short:

1. Open the registration form on the official site and choose your home organisation (matična organizacija).
2. Enter your personal details, then upload an identity document: an ID card (lična karta) or passport.
3. Give a working email address. The activation code and your member number are sent there, and without them registration cannot be completed.
4. Choose your home branch, where you can ask for help in person, and enter your bank transaction account for payouts.
5. Set the security options, pick a username and accept the rules of games of chance, confirming that you are 18 or older.
6. Activate the account with your username and the emailed activation code, and choose a password.

Note the transaction account: it is the 16-digit bank account number, not the number on your card. The operator’s payout page lists the first three digits for each bank in the country to help you find yours, and says it is not responsible for payouts to a wrongly entered account.

Deposits, payouts and fees

The Federation’s law allows deposits for online betting only through the operator’s licensed shops or banks in the Federation (Article 115), and the methods below follow that rule. All amounts are in convertible marks (KM).

Payouts (isplata) have two routes:

• To a bank account in BiH: minimum 20 KM. Requests made by 13:00 are processed by the bank the same day; later ones on the next working day.
• At a branch: you reserve the amount online and choose the branch. The money can be collected three hours later with your ID card and the payout code. If you do not collect it by the deadline shown, the request is cancelled and the amount goes back to your account.

Odds list, results, live betting and ticket checks

The site’s main sections are the odds list (Ponuda), live betting (Uživo), results (Rezultati), lotto betting, an archive of tickets and a live ticket check, plus pages explaining system bets and SMS betting. Results and the odds list are public; placing a bet needs an account. The help centre also explains early cash-out of tickets (otkup listića) and how system tickets are paid.

The casino side: slots, live dealer and e-games

Premier’s site also advertises online casino games. Its casino page lists more than 500 games from providers including Amusnet Interactive (EGT), Playson, Tom Horn, Ezugi, Red Tiger, NetEnt, Platipus, NSoft and Evolution, and a separate live-dealer section with roulette, blackjack, baccarat and Casino Hold’em. There are also e-games, online bingo and greyhound and horse racing.

One legal point is worth knowing. The Federation’s 2015 gambling law provides for online betting by Lutrija BiH and by bookmakers with at least 50 betting shops, and we did not find a category for online casino in it. The ministry’s list does not say which games each internet approval covers, so we could not confirm which approval the casino section relies on. If that matters to you, ask the operator in writing. Responsible gambling and self-exclusion

The Federation of BiH has no national self-exclusion register; we found none in the law or on the ministry’s site. That puts the burden on each operator’s own tools. We found no public responsible-gambling or self-exclusion page on the operator’s site, and its rules are behind the login, so ask customer support for limits or an exclusion and get the confirmation by email. Set a weekly deposit limit before you start, not after a bad week.

Premier Kladionica login help (prijava) and phishing clones

The official addresses are premier-kladionica.com, the mobile site mobile.premier-kladionica.com and the help centre pomoc.premier-kladionica.com. Type them yourself or use a bookmark; do not log in through links in ads, social media posts or messages.

• Forgotten password: open the forgotten-password form and enter your username, your personal number (JMBG) and the email address on your account. The account is temporarily deactivated and a new activation code arrives by email; you then reactivate it and choose a new password.
• Forgotten email address: the reset cannot be done online. Contact customer support or your home branch.
• Never received the activation code: check that the email address was typed correctly, because registration cannot be finished without it.
• Clones: warning signs are a domain with extra words or a different ending, a page asking for card details before login, or someone on chat asking for your password or JMBG. Genuine operator emails come from the premier-kladionica.com domain.
