Market: Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Slovenia, Albania, Bulgaria

Independent The operators on this page are listed because they hold a licence in the country we cover. We do not link to them, and no operator pays to appear or to change its place. Editorial policy

The MaxBet login for Serbian players is on maxbet.rs, the site of MAX BET D.O.O. BEOGRAD, listed on the Serbian regulator’s register under an approval of 18 December 2025. Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro have their own sites, maxbet.ba and maxbet.me, run by different local companies with their own licences. An account opened on one of them does not work on the others.

Most searches for MaxBet are about getting in: the app, the login page, registration and payouts. This guide answers those questions from MaxBet’s own terms and help pages and from the official registers, and adds the casino side and the responsible gambling tools. MaxBet is described for information only. We have no commercial relationship with it, so there are no links to the operator, no registration buttons and no bonus figures. All facts were checked on 15 October 2026. For the full market, see our hub of licensed betting sites in the Balkans.

MaxBet licences by country

MaxBet’s group site says the company has run games since 1993 and operates in Serbia, Republika Srpska, Montenegro and North Macedonia. Here is what the registers and the site footers confirm. In Croatia, the Croatian Tax Administration’s list of online licensees has no MaxBet company on it.

Serbia

The Serbian regulator’s register of approved operators lists MAX BET D.O.O. BEOGRAD with the domain maxbet.rs among 25 online operators, and also among licensed betting-shop and slot operators. MaxBet’s terms of use name the online approval of 18 December 2025 and describe a system certified by an accredited laboratory. Trade press reported in January 2024 that Flutter bought 51% of MaxBet for EUR 141 million. The legal background is in our Serbia guide.

Bosnia and Herzegovina

maxbet.ba is the Republika Srpska site. Its footer names KRIJCOS d.o.o. Bijeljina, registered with the district commercial court in Bijeljina, and the Ministry of Finance decision of 25 June 2024. Balances on maxbet.ba are shown in convertible marks (BAM). We found no MaxBet entry on the Federation’s online list, so the licence shown covers Republika Srpska. Our Bosnia and Herzegovina guide explains why the entity matters.

Montenegro

maxbet.me belongs to Arua Ltd. of Podgorica and cites a licence of 17 July 2023 for special games of chance over the internet. maxbet.me was also on the Montenegrin government’s list of internet concession holders of 2 July 2025. Montenegro replaced its gambling law on 14 August 2025, and we found no published list of approvals under the new law, so the 2023 licence is an old-law licence in transition. Montenegrin balances are in euros. More in our Montenegro guide.

MaxBet login and registration

Where to log in

Log in on the site of the country where your account was opened: maxbet.rs for Serbia, maxbet.ba for Republika Srpska and maxbet.me for Montenegro. According to MaxBet’s terms, you log in only with the username and password you chose when you opened the account, and only the exact combination works. If you forget the password, “Izgubljena lozinka?” (lost password) sends a reset link to the email address on the account. Inside the account you can also change the password by entering the current one and the new one twice.

Registration in Serbia, step by step

  1. Start the registration on maxbet.rs and fill in all mandatory fields.
  2. Click the activation link MaxBet emails to you. The account is active, but you cannot do anything with it yet.
  3. Click “Dovrši registraciju” (complete registration) and scan the QR code with your phone.
  4. Pass the automated identity check, which MaxBet describes as multi-factor verification with biometrics. Only then is the account fully registered.

MaxBet allows one account per player, opened only in your own name. Its terms say an account not used for six months may be closed or blocked, and that MaxBet may ask for an identity document at any time if it doubts a player’s age. If you think someone else has used your account, MaxBet asks you to report it by email or on the call centre number 011 4422 444.

How to spot a fake MaxBet login page

  • Type maxbet.rs, maxbet.ba or maxbet.me yourself, or open the official app. Do not log in through links in ads, messages or “tips” channels.
  • Check the footer. The Serbian site names MAX BET DOO BEOGRAD and the approval of 18 December 2025; the Bosnian one names KRIJCOS d.o.o. Bijeljina; the Montenegrin one names Arua Ltd.
  • Be wary of lookalike domains with extra words, hyphens or other endings. A padlock does not prove who runs a site.
  • MaxBet’s own help pages say a blocked page may appear “for legal reasons” when you try to reach maxbet.rs from a territory it does not serve. That message is genuine; a page asking for card details to unblock it is not.
  • Serbia’s regulator warned in May 2026 that illegal operators use search engine tricks, affiliate networks and influencers to look legitimate. A licensed site appears on the regulator’s register.

The MaxBet app

MaxBet publishes a separate app per country site, all under the seller name MAX BET DOO and rated 17+. Apple’s store data on 15 October 2026 showed:

App Account it opens Version and update Storefront
Max Bet – Sportsko Klađenje maxbet.rs (Serbia) 21.6.8, 15 October 2026 Serbia
MaxBet BA – Sportsko Klađenje maxbet.ba (Republika Srpska) 22.2.0, 15 October 2026 Bosnia and Herzegovina
MaxBet MNE – Sportsko Klađenje maxbet.me (Montenegro) 22.0.0, 20 August 2026 Montenegro

The Bosnian and Montenegrin sites show a “download the apps for Android and iOS” prompt with store buttons in the header. MaxBet’s help page notes that players without the Android app can use the full site in a phone browser. Install only from the official App Store listing by MAX BET DOO or from the download section of the MaxBet site for your country. A store listing in a country where MaxBet has no licence would not make the operator licensed there.

The apps follow the site menu: sports betting, live betting (MaxBet Live), slots, live games, virtual games, MyLucky6, Aviator and JetX, plus results and ticket status.

Deposits and payouts at maxbet.rs

All figures below are MaxBet’s own, from its deposit page, terms of use, help page and bank-payout page, read on 15 October 2026. Serbian accounts are in dinars.

Deposit methods

Method What MaxBet says
Payment card Mastercard, Maestro, Visa and Dina; you can save a card and later confirm with the CVV only
Payment slip at a bank or post office Your JMBG is the reference number; processing depends on the bank or post office and can take a few days; payments received on Saturday after 12:00 are processed on Monday
iPay electronic money Enter the E-Money PIN and the last three digits of the confirmation number under Profile, then Deposit/Withdrawal
Cash at a MaxBet shop Give your account ID or username; you sign a slip as proof of the deposit

The site footer also links to the payment providers DinaCard, AltaPay, PaySpot, Tenfore and AllSecure. MaxBet’s terms say it charges players no fees on deposits and pays the bank and payment-institution fees itself, as Article 115 of the Games of Chance Law requires. Moving money from one player’s account to another is forbidden.

Withdrawals

  • To a bank account: only to a registered account that belongs to you. MaxBet’s payout page says withdrawals up to 300,000 RSD reach the account in about seven minutes, at any time of day; larger ones are processed only on working days until 17:00. You can keep up to three bank accounts for payouts.
  • Cash in a MaxBet shop: you schedule the payout in your profile, including the location. MaxBet’s help page says amounts up to 40,000 RSD can be collected right after scheduling, and larger amounts 24 hours after scheduling.
  • Legal cash cap: the terms limit cash payouts in MaxBet shops to 1,175,000 RSD in any 30-day period, matching the 2025 amendment to the Games of Chance Law.
  • Withdrawing right after a deposit: the terms require a minimum amount of play first, as set in MaxBet’s rules for online games.

Promotional money sits on a separate promotional account and cannot be withdrawn directly; winnings move to your main balance only under the conditions of each offer. We do not list MaxBet offers. Our guide to payment methods in the Balkans explains IPS, DinaCard and cash vouchers.

Tax on winnings

In Serbia, winnings from licensed online betting and casino are not taxed. In Republika Srpska the operator withholds 10% to 30% depending on the amount, starting above 1,000 KM. In Montenegro, from 1 January 2026, winnings up to EUR 50 are not taxed, 10% applies from EUR 50.01 to 1,500 and 15% above, withheld at payout.

MaxBet casino and live games

“MaxBet casino” searches lead to the Slot and Igre uživo (live games) sections of the same accounts. The home pages show slot lobbies with jackpot games and a live section with roulette, baccarat, blackjack and game shows. Table limits are published per game: on maxbet.ba on 15 October 2026, for example, one live game show listed stakes from 0.20 to 5,000 BAM, and on maxbet.me a live European roulette table listed EUR 0.10 to 3,000. MyLucky6, virtual sports and the crash games Aviator and JetX sit in the same menu. Our live casino guide and Aviator guide explain how these games work at licensed operators.

Responsible gambling at MaxBet

MaxBet’s terms list two tools: self-limitation and self-exclusion. In the profile, the “Limiti” section lets you cap your deposits and your online betting per day, week or month, and set the largest loss you accept in a period. The site always shows the current date and time in the Serbian time zone so you can see how long you have been playing, and every page carries an 18+ notice.

For Serbian accounts, Article 95a of the Games of Chance Law applies: self-exclusion lasts at least 24 hours, a permanent exclusion cannot be reversed for 12 months, and the regulator passes it to every online operator where you have an account. In Montenegro, operators must act on an exclusion or limit request within 24 hours, and the regulator keeps a register of excluded players.

  • Federation of BiH: Zavod za bolesti ovisnosti Kantona Sarajevo, 033/257-750 (from the Federal Ministry of Finance list). We found no helpline verified on an organisation’s own site for Republika Srpska.
  • Montenegro: we could not verify a helpline on an organisation’s own site, so we print no number. Ask the operator for limits or exclusion, which it must apply within 24 hours.

How we checked this page

On 15 October 2026 we read the Serbian Games of Chance Administration register, the footers of maxbet.rs, maxbet.ba and maxbet.me, MaxBet’s terms of use (with the approval of 18 December 2025), its deposit-method page, its help page and its bank-payout page, and we checked the Croatian Tax Administration’s blocklist of 9 October 2026 (no MaxBet domain on it). App names, versions and storefronts come from Apple’s store data for Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Slovenia and North Macedonia. Older help pages that still print a 2015 approval number were set aside in favour of the current terms. Frequently asked questions about MaxBet

Where is the official MaxBet login?

Serbian accounts log in on maxbet.rs, Republika Srpska accounts on maxbet.ba and Montenegrin accounts on maxbet.me. Each site belongs to a different licensed company, so one account does not open the others. Type the address yourself or use the official app, and check the footer: the Serbian site names MAX BET DOO BEOGRAD and its approval of 18 December 2025.

I forgot my MaxBet password. What should I do?

Click Izgubljena lozinka (lost password) under the login form and enter the email address on your account. MaxBet sends a link to set a new password. If you no longer use that email address, contact MaxBet support by email or on 011 4422 444 for Serbian accounts. Never send your password or a verification code to anyone who contacts you first.

Is MaxBet licensed in Bosnia and Herzegovina?

maxbet.ba shows a Republika Srpska licence: KRIJCOS d.o.o. Bijeljina runs internet games under a Ministry of Finance decision of 25 June 2024. We did not find MaxBet on the Federation’s online list, and in the Federation online casino has no legal basis. Gambling in Bosnia and Herzegovina is licensed per entity, so check which entity’s rules apply to you.

How fast are MaxBet withdrawals?

MaxBet says bank withdrawals up to 300,000 RSD reach your account in about seven minutes, at any hour; larger amounts are processed on working days until 17:00. Cash in a MaxBet shop up to 40,000 RSD can be collected right after you schedule it, larger sums after 24 hours. Cash payouts are capped at 1,175,000 RSD in any 30 days.

Does MaxBet have an app for iPhone and Android?

Yes. Apple’s App Store lists separate apps for Serbia, Republika Srpska and Montenegro, all from MAX BET DOO, and the Bosnian and Montenegrin sites show Android and iOS download buttons. Install only from the official store listing or the MaxBet site for your country. Players without the Android app can use the full site in a phone browser.

Can I play MaxBet from Croatia?

MaxBet holds no Croatian licence: it is not among the 12 online licensees on the Croatian Tax Administration list. Croatian law bans taking part in foreign games with stakes paid from Croatia, with fines of EUR 1,320 to 6,630 on paper, and a foreign site sits outside the Croatian self-exclusion register. Croatian players should use a Croatian licensee.

How do I limit or exclude myself at MaxBet?

In your profile, the Limiti section caps deposits and online betting per day, week or month and sets a maximum loss. MaxBet also offers self-exclusion. For Serbian accounts the law sets a minimum of 24 hours, makes a permanent exclusion irreversible for 12 months and extends it to every other licensed online operator where you hold an account.

18+ only. Betting and casino games can be addictive; stake only what you can afford to lose.
