Soccerbet: App Download, Registration, Payouts and Where It Is Licensed

The Soccerbet app comes in three versions, one for each licensed site: SoccerBet.rs for Serbia, SoccerBet.ba for Republika Srpska and SoccerBet.me for Montenegro, all published by PHUKET d.o.o. In Serbia the operator is PHUKET D.O.O. BEOGRAD, listed on the regulator’s register and holding approvals dated 26 February and 5 March 2026. Soccerbet has no licence in Croatia.

Searches for “Soccerbet aplikacija” outnumber almost everything else people look up about the bookmaker, so this guide starts with the app and then covers registration, verification, deposits, payouts, the casino section, self-exclusion and safe login. Everything comes from Soccerbet’s own FAQ and rules pages and from the official registers, read on 15 October 2026. Soccerbet is described for information only: we have no commercial relationship with it, so there are no links to the operator, no registration buttons and no bonus figures. Where Soccerbet is licensed

Serbia

The Serbian regulator’s register of approved operators lists PHUKET D.O.O. BEOGRAD with the domain soccerbet.rs among the 25 online operators, and also among licensed slot operators. The soccerbet.rs footer cites two approvals from the Games of Chance Administration, of 26 February 2026 and 5 March 2026, which makes Soccerbet’s paperwork among the newest of the big Serbian books. The footer also carries a Gamecheck seal and names Monri WSPay as the card processor. Our Serbia guide explains how approvals work.

Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro

soccerbet.ba is run by Phuket d.o.o. Bijeljina under a 2023 decision of the Republika Srpska Ministry of Finance; we found no Soccerbet entry on the Federation’s online list. soccerbet.me belongs to a Montenegrin company, “Soccerbet” d.o.o. of Podgorica, under a 2022 decision of Montenegro’s Games of Chance Administration, issued under the old law that Montenegro replaced on 14 August 2025. The Soccerbet app: download and install

Apple’s store data on 15 October 2026 showed one betting app per site, all from the seller PHUKET d.o.o., all at version 40.1.6 of 14 October 2026 and rated 17+:

iPhone

Soccerbet’s FAQ says to check that your Apple ID region is set to Serbia, then search the App Store for Soccerbet and install the app. If the app does not show up, the region is the first thing to check. The seller name must read PHUKET d.o.o.

Android (Soccerbet APK)

For Android, the FAQ offers a direct download link on Soccerbet’s site (“Preuzmi za Android”). That means installing an APK file rather than using Google Play, so your phone will ask you to allow the installation. Download the file only from the soccerbet.rs, soccerbet.ba or soccerbet.me site you typed in yourself. APK files passed around in forums or messaging groups can be modified to steal logins.

If the app or site misbehaves

The FAQ’s advice is to clear the cached data of the app or browser, and to contact support if the problem continues. Live streams in the app need at least 20 RSD on the account or at least one active sports ticket that is not antepost.

Registration and verification

1. Click “Registracija” and fill in the form: username, email address, phone number, password, citizenship and your personal number (JMBG).
2. Accept the terms of use and confirm that you are an adult. Promotional messages are optional.
3. Click the activation link sent to your email. One JMBG can register only one account.
4. Verify your identity under “Moj profil”, then “Potvrda identiteta”: upload your document and a selfie.
5. Verify your phone number with an SMS code. A code expires one hour after the request; you can change a verified number again after 30 days.

Soccerbet says verification fails most often because the document is unclear, damaged or cropped, the selfie shows another person or a covered face, or the data on the document differs from the account. To withdraw to a bank account you also verify the account: upload a photo of the account-opening contract or a monthly bank statement. Up to three verified bank accounts in your own name are allowed.

Deposits and payouts

soccerbet.rs accounts are kept in dinars; card payments are processed only in RSD. Soccerbet lists these deposit routes:

Two card rules are worth knowing. If you withdraw the whole amount straight after a card deposit, Soccerbet’s card terms allow an administrative charge of up to 10% of the deposit. And once a deposit has been credited, Soccerbet cannot refund it to the card.

Withdrawals

• To a verified bank account: under “Moj profil”, “Isplata”, “Isplata na bankovni račun”, enter the amount and click “Zakaži” (schedule).
• In a Soccerbet shop: choose the shop and confirm; a payout code arrives by email and is valid for 24 hours. For more than 50,000 RSD, a request made between midnight and 09:00 can be collected the same day after 14:00, and a request made between 09:00 and midnight the next day after 09:00.
• Shop tickets: a winning sports ticket bought in a shop must be cashed within 60 days of settlement, with the original undamaged ticket; slot machine tickets within 30 days.

Licensed Serbian betting and casino winnings are not taxed. In Republika Srpska the operator withholds 10% to 30% above 1,000 KM, and in Montenegro 0%, 10% or 15% depending on the amount since 1 January 2026. Our payment methods guide covers IPS, DinaCard and vouchers in more detail.

Soccerbet casino and other games

Beyond the sportsbook (pre-match, live, Extrabet and system tickets), the soccerbet.rs menu shows Kazino, Kazino uživo, number games and Aviator. The rules section lists number and instant games including Lyno6, Lucky Balls, My Lucky 6, Greeko, Kinto, Rocketman and Lightning Kinto, and a page of NetEnt game rules. Soccerbet’s FAQ says the rules of every casino game sit behind the “i” symbol inside the game, and that you can review transactions for the last 90 days under “Moj profil”, “Transakcije”. Responsible gambling: limits and self-exclusion

Under “Moj profil”, “Limiti”, you can cap deposits, stakes and losses per day, week or month. A lower limit applies at once; a higher one only after 24 hours. Soccerbet’s self-exclusion can be temporary or permanent and is requested in the account, on the website or in writing at a shop:

• The exclusion cannot be revoked, and the account cannot be reopened before the period ends. After a permanent exclusion, reactivation is possible after 12 months.
• Under Article 95a of the Games of Chance Law, the exclusion also deactivates your accounts at the other operators in Serbia’s joint self-exclusion system, and you cannot open a new account elsewhere.
• Withdraw your balance before you self-exclude; otherwise contact support for instructions.

Soccerbet’s responsible-betting page includes a 15-question self-test and says that since 2011 more than 1,500 of its employees have been trained, in a programme run with the Belgrade Special Hospital for Addiction Diseases, to recognise signs of gambling addiction.

• Montenegro: we could not verify a helpline on an organisation’s own site, so we print no number. Ask the operator for limits or exclusion, which it must apply within 24 hours.

Log in at soccerbet.rs, soccerbet.ba or soccerbet.me, depending on where your account was opened, or in the matching app. You can use your email address instead of the username. Soccerbet’s support for Serbian accounts is on +381 11 4428 609 and [email protected].

• Type the address yourself; do not log in through links in ads, SMS messages or Telegram and Viber “tips” groups.
• Check the footer for Phuket d.o.o. and the 2026 approval numbers in Serbia, Phuket d.o.o. Bijeljina in Bosnia, or “Soccerbet” d.o.o. in Montenegro.
• Watch for lookalike domains with an extra word, a hyphen or a different ending. A padlock is not proof of identity.
• Forgot your password? Use “Zaboravljena lozinka” and follow the email. Lost access to the email on the account? Write to support from a new address with a photo of your ID card (both sides) or passport.
• Serbia’s regulator warned in May 2026 that illegal operators use search tricks, affiliate networks and influencers. A licensed site is on the regulator’s register.

What do I need to register at Soccerbet?

The form asks for a username, email address, phone number, password, citizenship and your personal number (JMBG), plus confirmation that you are an adult. You activate the account through an email link, then verify your identity with a document and a selfie under Moj profil. One JMBG can be used for only one account.

What are the Soccerbet deposit limits?

Soccerbet publishes limits for two methods: Instant IPS payments from 300 to 300,000 RSD, with a link or QR code valid for five minutes, and VCash vouchers from 500 to 100,000 RSD. Cards (MasterCard, Maestro, Dina and VISA) are charged in dinars. Withdrawing the whole amount right after a card deposit can cost an administrative fee of up to 10%.

How do I withdraw money from Soccerbet?

Withdraw to a verified bank account in your own name, up to three accounts, or collect cash in a Soccerbet shop. For a shop payout you get an email code valid for 24 hours. Amounts above 50,000 RSD requested before 09:00 can be collected after 14:00 the same day; later requests are ready the next day after 09:00.

Can I use Soccerbet in Croatia?

Soccerbet is not among the 12 online licensees on the Croatian Tax Administration list. Croatian law bans taking part in foreign games with stakes paid from Croatia, with fines of EUR 1,320 to 6,630 on paper, and an unlicensed site sits outside Croatia’s national self-exclusion register. Croatian players should choose a Croatian licensee.

How does self-exclusion work at Soccerbet?

Under Moj profil you can self-exclude temporarily or permanently. It cannot be revoked; a permanent exclusion allows reactivation only after 12 months. Under Serbian law the exclusion also deactivates your accounts at the other operators in the joint system and blocks new registrations. Soccerbet asks you to withdraw your balance before you start the exclusion.
