Admiral Bet and Admiral Casino: Which Admiral Runs Each Country’s Site

Admiral Bet is four separate licensees: ZBET.RS in Serbia, ADMIRAL .HR (ex-Interigre) in Croatia, plus Bosnian and Montenegrin firms. Apps, payouts.

Market: Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Slovenia, Albania, Bulgaria

Independent The operators on this page are listed because they hold a licence in the country we cover. We do not link to them, and no operator pays to appear or to change its place. Editorial policy

Admiral Bet is not one company. In Serbia, admiralbet.rs is run by ZBET.RS d.o.o., licensed by the Games of Chance Administration. In Croatia, admiral.hr belongs to ADMIRAL .HR d.o.o., the licensee that Croatia’s official list still names Interigre d.o.o. Bosnia’s admiralbet.ba and Montenegro’s admiralbet.me are run by two more companies. Accounts, apps and rules do not carry over between them.

That is why “Admiral Bet aplikacija” and “Admiral casino online” searches return Romanian, Italian and German Admiral sites next to the Balkan ones: the name is shared, the businesses are not. This guide sorts out which Admiral serves which country, then covers each site’s app, registration, payments, casino and responsible gambling tools from the operators’ own pages. Admiral is described for information only. We have no commercial relationship with any Admiral company, so there are no links, registration buttons or bonus figures. All facts were checked on 15 October 2026. For the wider market, see our hub of licensed bookmakers in the Balkans.

Serbia: AdmiralBet (ZBET.RS)

The Serbian regulator’s register lists ZBET.RS D.O.O. KRAGUJEVAC with the domain admiralbet.rs among 25 online operators, and the same company among licensed slot operators. The site footer gives a registered address at Japanska 3A in Novi Beograd and says that the Faculty of Mathematics of the University of Belgrade issued certificate no. 306/4-3-7-1 on 17 June 2022 for its online betting system. The footer describes the business as betting shops, slots, online betting and betting software. See our Serbia guide for the licensing rules.

Croatia: Admiral (ADMIRAL .HR)

The Croatian Tax Administration’s list of online licensees names INTERIGRE d.o.o. for www.admiral.hr, approved for casino games and betting. The admiral.hr footer names ADMIRAL .HR d.o.o. with OIB 57930981912 and the Ministry of Finance approval for online casino, KLASA UP/I-461-03/19-01/12. The national business register (FINA) shows the same OIB under the name ADMIRAL .HR d.o.o.; company-register data show the business was renamed from Interigre, so the regulator’s list carries the old name. It is a Croatian company with a Croatian licence and no link to ZBET.RS in any register we read. Croatian rules, including the advertising limits, are in our Croatia guide.

Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro

admiralbet.ba is a Republika Srpska site: RSA GAMING D.O.O. of Banja Luka runs online games there under a Ministry of Finance decision of 11 October 2022. We found no Admiral entry on the Federation’s online list. admiralbet.me belongs to MNA Gaming D.O.O. of Podgorica, which says it was part of the NOVOMATIC AG group until 2019 and then passed to Gryphon Invest AG of Switzerland, and that it holds Montenegrin concessions for slots and betting under the names ADMIRAL and ADMIRAL BET. admiralbet.me was on the government’s internet concession list of 2 July 2025, issued under the law that Montenegro replaced on 14 August 2025. See the Bosnia and Herzegovina guide and the Montenegro guide.

Admiral Bet apps by country

Each company publishes its own app. Apple’s store data on 15 October 2026 showed four, all rated 17+:

App Seller Version and update Storefront
AdmiralBet ZBET.RS d.o.o. Beograd 3.5.0, 13 October 2026 Serbia
Admiral ADMIRAL .HR d.o.o. 1.8.2, 30 September 2026 Croatia
AdmiralBet BA RSA Gaming d.o.o. Banja Luka 3.5.1, 13 October 2026 Bosnia and Herzegovina
AdmiralBet Montenegro MNA GAMING 3.5.2, 13 October 2026 Montenegro

Ignore results named “Admiral Club”, “Admiral Insurance” or “Admirals”: those are unrelated companies. In Serbia, AdmiralBet’s help centre says the iOS app needs an Apple ID set to the Serbian App Store, and offers an Android download from the site with a few installation steps. In Croatia, the Admiral app is also on Google Play; its listing, updated 30 September 2026, describes casino, live casino from Grand Casino Admiral with real dealers, sports betting, lotto and virtual games in one app. Install only from the official store listing with the seller name above or from the operator’s own site for your country.

Registration and verification

AdmiralBet Serbia

  1. Click “Registracija” and enter an email address, a username and a password, then accept the terms of use.
  2. Open the activation email and click the link or enter the code it contains.
  3. Add your personal details exactly as they appear on the identity card or passport you will use for verification. You can choose sports betting, casino or both, and enter a referral or promo code if you have one.
  4. Confirm your phone number with an SMS code. The help centre says you can skip this step, but some promotions require it.
  5. Verify the account with your documents and a selfie.

Before any withdrawal the account must be verified; a payout to a bank account also needs the bank account itself verified. AdmiralBet may ask for a photo of the card you deposited with, showing your name, account number and the first and last four digits of the card.

Admiral Croatia

admiral.hr runs its own registration for Croatian players, aged 18 and over. Admiral 360 links the online account with an account in Admiral’s shops: according to admiral.hr, you can deposit into a slot machine in an Admiral club, move the money online and collect winnings at the cash desk or an Admiral cash machine.

Payments and payout rules

AdmiralBet Serbia

The help centre lists ten deposit routes: cash at an AdmiralBet shop, payment card, payment slip, IPS QR code, PaySpot, A Voucher, AltaPay, the VIP payment institution network, Knez Petrol fuel stations and Moj Kiosk newsstands. Withdrawals go to a bank account or are collected in a shop:

Payout route Minimum Rules AdmiralBet publishes
Bank account 300 RSD Verified account and verified bank account required. Payouts above 300,000 RSD approved on working days after 17:00, at weekends or on holidays are paid on the next working day.
Cash in a shop 100 RSD Choose the city and shop; you receive a code for the cashier. Daily limit 200,000 RSD; anything above is approved the next day.

One more rule matters: to withdraw a whole deposit right after paying it in, AdmiralBet requires you to stake 100% of that deposit first.

Admiral Croatia

admiral.hr says it pays out through six different methods. Its official app listing names Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Aircash, Abon, Admiral 360, Revolut, Poslovnica+ (shop) and payment slips as supported methods, and the site footer adds Diners. admiral.hr does not publish payout times or limits on the pages we could read, so check them in your account before relying on a method. Licensed Croatian operators withhold tax on betting winnings, 10% to 30% depending on the amount.

Bosnia and Montenegro

admiralbet.ba shows Aircash, Kliker, Mastercard, Visa and xBon among its payment logos. admiralbet.me shows Visa and Mastercard card payments. Montenegro’s banks block card payments to foreign gambling merchants, which is one reason to use only the locally approved site there. Our payment methods guide covers the local options in each country.

Admiral casino online

In Croatia, “Admiral casino online” is the biggest Admiral search, and admiral.hr is a licensed online casino with its approval since 2019. The lobby groups slots by theme and provider (Greentube and Novomatic titles, EGT Digital, Fazi, Play’n GO, Pragmatic Play, Games Global and others), and the app adds live casino from Grand Casino Admiral. admiral.hr says its system and games are certified by an independent laboratory and approved by the Croatian Ministry of Finance, and that its slots can be tried in a free demo mode without registration before playing for real money. In Serbia, admiralbet.rs offers slots, live dealer tables from Evolution and other providers, mini games, virtual games and Aviator. Promotions exist on both sites; we do not quote them. Our live casino guide explains how live tables work at licensed operators.

Responsible gambling and self-exclusion

For Serbian accounts, AdmiralBet’s help centre applies Article 95a of the Games of Chance Law: self-exclusion with any operator means self-exclusion with every licensed operator in Serbia. The account cannot be reactivated before the chosen period ends; after a fixed-term exclusion it reactivates automatically when you first log in after the period. You can self-exclude online or at any AdmiralBet shop. A permanent exclusion cannot be reversed for 12 months.

For Croatian accounts, the national register of excluded players at the Croatian Institute of Public Health (HZJZ) has been visible to all Croatian licensees since 1 November 2025. You apply through hana.hzjz.hr with e-Građani, and the exclusion can be revoked only after three months. admiral.hr also offers its own limits and an exclusion procedure.

  • Montenegro: we could not verify a helpline on an organisation’s own site, so we print no number. Ask the operator for limits or exclusion, which it must apply within 24 hours.

Admiral login: getting the right site

Because four companies share the name, the first login check is the country. Serbian accounts log in at admiralbet.rs, Croatian ones at admiral.hr, Republika Srpska ones at admiralbet.ba and Montenegrin ones at admiralbet.me. Admiral sites in Romania, Italy or Germany are other businesses and will not recognise a Balkan account.

  • Type the address yourself or open the official app; do not follow login links from ads, messages or betting “tips” groups.
  • Check the footer: ZBET.RS d.o.o. in Serbia, ADMIRAL .HR d.o.o. with the KLASA approval in Croatia, RSA GAMING in Banja Luka, MNA Gaming in Podgorica.
  • Watch for lookalike domains with extra words, hyphens or other endings. A padlock only shows an encrypted connection.
  • Locked out? AdmiralBet Serbia’s help centre covers a locked account, a forgotten password and a lost email address; contact support from the email linked to your account.
  • Serbia’s regulator warned in May 2026 that illegal operators use search tricks, affiliate networks and influencers to look legitimate; the register is the check.

admiral.hr support works by chat, email and a free phone line every day from 08:00 to 02:00, according to the site.

How we checked this page

On 15 October 2026 we read the Serbian Games of Chance Administration register and the Croatian Tax Administration’s list of 12 online licensees, compared the admiral.hr footer with the FINA business register for OIB 57930981912, and copied the licence wording from the footers of admiralbet.rs, admiralbet.ba and admiralbet.me. We read AdmiralBet Serbia’s help centre articles on registration, bank and shop withdrawals, self-exclusion and the Android and iOS apps, the admiral.hr home page and its official Google Play listing, and Apple’s store data for Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro. The Croatian blocklist of 9 October 2026 contains no Admiral domain. Written by Stefan Nikolić, fact-checked by Maja Horvat; our rating method page explains how we compare operators. Frequently asked questions about Admiral Bet

Are admiralbet.rs and admiral.hr the same company?

No. admiralbet.rs is run by ZBET.RS d.o.o. under a Serbian licence, while admiral.hr belongs to ADMIRAL .HR d.o.o. in Zagreb, which Croatia’s licensee list still shows under its former name Interigre d.o.o. Bosnia’s admiralbet.ba (RSA Gaming) and Montenegro’s admiralbet.me (MNA Gaming) are separate companies again. Accounts, apps and payment rules do not transfer between them.

Is Admiral casino online licensed in Croatia?

Yes. admiral.hr is on the Croatian Tax Administration’s list of online licensees for casino games and betting, and its footer cites the Ministry of Finance online casino approval KLASA UP/I-461-03/19-01/12. The licence covers Croatia only. Croatian players can also join the national self-exclusion register at HZJZ, which all Croatian licensees must respect.

How do I download the AdmiralBet app in Serbia?

On iPhone, set your Apple ID to the Serbian App Store and install AdmiralBet from the seller ZBET.RS d.o.o. Beograd; on 15 October 2026 it was version 3.5.0. For Android, AdmiralBet’s help centre offers a download from its own site with short installation steps. Avoid third-party download sites, and ignore unrelated apps such as Admiral Club or Admiral Insurance.

What is the minimum withdrawal at AdmiralBet Serbia?

AdmiralBet’s help centre gives 300 RSD for a bank account and 100 RSD for cash at a shop. Shop payouts are capped at 200,000 RSD a day, and bank payouts above 300,000 RSD approved late on working days or at weekends arrive on the next working day. Your account and bank account must be verified before you can withdraw.

What is Admiral 360?

Admiral 360 is admiral.hr’s link between an online account and an account in Admiral’s Croatian shops. According to admiral.hr, you can pay money into a slot machine in an Admiral club, move it to your online account and collect winnings at the cash desk or an Admiral cash machine. It is listed among the deposit and payout methods in the official Admiral app.

Is Admiral Bet licensed in Bosnia and Herzegovina?

admiralbet.ba shows a Republika Srpska licence: RSA GAMING D.O.O. of Banja Luka runs online games under a Ministry of Finance decision of 11 October 2022. We found no Admiral entry on the Federation of BiH online list, and online casino has no legal basis in the Federation. Bosnia licenses gambling per entity, so the rules depend on where you live.

How do I self-exclude from Admiral?

In Serbia, AdmiralBet’s help centre applies Article 95a: excluding yourself online or at any AdmiralBet shop excludes you from every licensed Serbian operator, and the account cannot be reopened before the period ends. In Croatia, apply to the national register at the Croatian Institute of Public Health through hana.hzjz.hr; that exclusion can be revoked only after three months.

18+ only. Betting and casino games can be addictive; stake only what you can afford to lose.
