Market: Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Slovenia, Albania, Bulgaria

Independent The operators on this page are listed because they hold a licence in the country we cover. We do not link to them, and no operator pays to appear or to change its place. Editorial policy

The Mozzart app comes from MOZZART D.O.O. BEOGRAD, which appears on the Serbian Games of Chance Administration register as the licensed online operator of mozzartbet.com. Bosnia and Herzegovina has its own site, mozzartbet.ba, run by Mozzart d.o.o. Banja Luka under a Republika Srpska approval. In Croatia the brand has no licence and mozzart.com sits on the tax authority’s blocklist.

This guide covers what people search for after the name itself: which Mozzart site and app belongs to which country, how registration and verification work, how money goes in and out, what the casino section offers and how to log in without landing on a fake copy. Mozzart is described for information only. We have no commercial relationship with the operator, so there are no links to it, no registration buttons and no bonus figures. Every fact was checked on 15 October 2026 against the regulators’ lists and Mozzart’s own pages. For the wider market, start with our guide to licensed betting sites in the Balkans.

Where Mozzart is licensed, country by country

A brand name crosses borders; a licence does not. The table lists what an official register or Mozzart’s own site footer confirms, and where we found nothing.

Serbia: the home market

Serbia licenses online betting and casino by approval, and the Serbian regulator’s register of approved operators lists 25 online companies. Mozzart appears there with its registration number and the domain mozzartbet.com. The same company also holds approvals for betting shops and slot venues. The footer of mozzartbet.com names the online approval as decision no. 003274747 2024 10529 001 000 450 005 of 3 March 2025, issued by the Ministry of Finance’s Games of Chance Administration. Mozzart’s footer also says it is a founder and member of the European Organization for Gaming Law. Our Serbia guide explains the law behind the register.

Bosnia and Herzegovina: two entities, two lists

Bosnia and Herzegovina regulates gambling per entity. mozzartbet.ba shows a Republika Srpska approval for Mozzart d.o.o. Banja Luka, dated 11 October 2024. Separately, the Federation’s online list for the third quarter of 2026 names “Mozzart BH Play”. We could not confirm from the lists alone how the two entries relate, so treat them as two licences in two jurisdictions. In the Federation, online betting is allowed only for Lutrija BiH and bookmakers with at least 50 shops, and there is no legal basis for online casino. Details are in our Bosnia and Herzegovina guide.

Croatia: not licensed and blocked

Mozzart is not one of the 12 companies on the Croatian Tax Administration’s list of online licensees, and mozzart.com appears on its public blocklist (version of 9 October 2026). Croatian law bans taking part in foreign games with stakes paid from Croatia, with fines of EUR 1,320 to 6,630 on paper. A Croatian App Store listing of the Mozzart app is a distribution fact, not a licence. Croatian players who want a licensed bookmaker need one of the 12 licensees; see our Croatia guide.

The Mozzart app: which one belongs to your country

Mozzart publishes several apps, all under the seller name MOZZART DOO BEOGRAD (PALILULA) and all rated 17+. On 15 October 2026 Apple’s store data showed these:

App For Version and update Storefronts where it appeared
Mozzart Bet – Sport & Kazino Serbian accounts (mozzartbet.com) 3.1.25, 8 October 2026 Serbia, Croatia
MozzartBet RS Republika Srpska accounts (mozzartbet.ba) 3.0.16, 3 September 2026 Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia
MozzartBet Fed Federation of BiH 2.5.2, 11 July 2026 Bosnia and Herzegovina
MozzartBet Macedonia North Macedonia 2.8.0, 20 November 2025 North Macedonia
Mozzart Sport Portal Sports news, not betting 4.3.1, 23 September 2026 Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina

An app logs into the account of its own country site. The Serbian app will not open a Bosnian account, and the reverse is also true, because each account sits with a different licensed company.

iPhone: App Store region

Mozzart’s help centre still carries a 2023 article explaining that, after Apple restricted betting apps to licensed markets, the iOS app could only be downloaded from the Croatian App Store, and users had to switch their Apple ID region to Croatia. Apple’s data from 15 October 2026 shows the Serbian app in the Serbian storefront as well, so most Serbian users no longer need that workaround. If the app does not appear in a search, check the region of your Apple ID before you change anything else.

Android: Mozzart’s own installation file

For Android, Mozzart’s help pages explain how to install the app from an APK file downloaded from its own site when Google Play does not allow installation in your country. The steps are: allow installation from unknown sources in your phone’s security settings, download the file from the official Mozzart domain for your country, then install it. An older help article says the app needs Android 2.3 or later and 10 MB of free space, and that very old 1.x versions must be deleted first. Download the APK only from mozzartbet.com or mozzartbet.ba typed into the browser yourself, never from a forum, a messaging group or a third-party download site, because a modified APK can capture your password.

What you can do in the app

The help centre describes placing sports, live and system tickets, virtual games and Lucky 6 through the app, scheduling a withdrawal and reading the payout code, transferring money between the betting balance and the casino balance, and reporting a problem to support. On iPhone, the Serbian app also takes Apple Pay deposits (minimum 500 RSD per the help centre).

Registration and verification

Registration on mozzartbet.com runs in four stages, according to Mozzart’s help centre:

  1. Fill in the registration form and accept the terms. A four-digit code (OTP) arrives by SMS on the phone number you entered.
  2. Enter the code to activate the account, then log in with your username and password.
  3. Choose “Verify account” and complete identity verification: pick an identity card or a passport, photograph the document in real time and take a selfie. With an identity card you photograph the front and the back.
  4. Finish within the period shown on screen; Mozzart says an account that is not registered and verified in time is deleted.

Verification is automated. If the automatic check fails, the help centre offers a link to send documents manually. Before the first withdrawal to a bank account you also verify the account itself: the app asks you to photograph the front of your bank card, which must show your name and the account number. Players must be 18 or older, and Mozzart says it may ask any user for documents and block the account until it receives them.

In Bosnia and Herzegovina, mozzartbet.ba runs its own registration and verification. Bank account changes after verification go through support at [email protected], according to the Bosnian help centre.

Payment methods and payout rules

All amounts below come from Mozzart’s own help pages as they stood on 15 October 2026. Serbian accounts are kept in dinars (RSD); Bosnian accounts in convertible marks (BAM).

Withdrawals in Serbia

Mozzart pays out in two ways: to your own bank account, or in cash at a Mozzart shop with an identity document and a payout code.

  • Bank account: minimum 500 RSD, no fees. Withdrawals up to 100,000 RSD, single or combined, arrive within minutes, on weekdays and at weekends. Single withdrawals between 100,000 and 300,000 RSD are paid the next day. Larger amounts are paid on the next working day.
  • Cash in a shop: up to 50,000 RSD per day, collected between 9:30 and 23:30. Larger sums must be booked for the following day. Money you do not collect returns to your balance at the end of the next day.
  • Legal cap on cash: since 6 January 2025, Article 10 items 27 and 29 of the Games of Chance Law limit cash deposits to an online account in Mozzart shops, and cash withdrawals from it, to 1,175,000 RSD each within any 30 days. Card deposits and bank withdrawals are not capped by this rule.
  • Shop tickets: the help centre gives 60 days from the last match on the ticket to collect a win.

Bosnia and Herzegovina

The Bosnian help centre lists withdrawals in shops with an identity document, to a bank account, through a Mozzart agent and through Depozitron. Aircash deposits run from 5 to 2,000 BAM, and Aircash also works for withdrawals to the Aircash wallet. The payment logos on mozzartbet.ba include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Aircash, Kliker, xBon, eDopuna, m:tel and Pošta BiH. Our payment methods guide explains IPS, DinaCard and the other local options.

Tax on winnings

Winnings from licensed online betting and casino in Serbia are not taxed under the Personal Income Tax Law (special games). In Republika Srpska the licensed operator withholds tax on payouts: 10% above 1,000 KM up to 10,000 KM, rising in bands to 30% above 100,000 KM, on the payout minus the stake.

Mozzart casino and live casino

“Mozzart casino” (Mozzart kazino) searches lead to the casino tabs of the same accounts. On mozzartbet.com the menu shows Kazino (slots and table games), Kazino uživo (live dealer games), Aviator, number games such as Lucky 6 and virtual sports. mozzartbet.ba shows Slot and Igre uživo with jackpots in BAM. Three rules from the help centre matter before you play:

  • The casino uses its own balance. You move money from “Klađenje” (betting) to “Kazino igre” in “My account”, and back again before you withdraw. Money on the betting balance covers sports, live betting, virtual football and number games.
  • If a game stops before the round ends, the help centre explains how the round is completed or settled; read it rather than restarting a game repeatedly.
  • Promotions on the casino side carry their own terms. We do not quote offers: Croatian law (NN 72/25, Art. 67.b(8)) bans adverts that invite play with bonuses, free spins and similar benefits except on licensed operators’ own websites, and we hold no deal with Mozzart.

For how live dealer games work at licensed operators in general, read our live casino guide, and our Aviator guide for the crash game that sits in most bookmaker apps.

Responsible gambling: limits and self-exclusion

Mozzart’s responsible-betting page says that you can, at any time, set limits on the amount you stake on tickets per day, week or month, or a maximum loss for the period, on the “Change details” page. A self-exclusion request uses a form on the same page. Mozzart says it works with the Special Hospital for Addiction Diseases in Belgrade, and its footer lists that hospital’s number.

Serbian law adds two protections that apply to every licensed online operator, Mozzart included. Under Article 95a of the Games of Chance Law, self-exclusion lasts at least 24 hours, a permanent exclusion cannot be reversed for 12 months, and the regulator passes your exclusion on to every other online operator where you hold an account. Mozzart also accepts reports from family members: you can email its support with details of a player you think has a problem.

In Croatia, the national self-exclusion register at the Croatian Institute of Public Health covers only licensed Croatian operators. Mozzart is not one of them, which is one more reason Croatian players lose protection on an unlicensed site.

  • Serbia: Specijalna bolnica za bolesti zavisnosti (Drajzerova), +381 11 3671 429 or +381 11 2662 727; Institut za mentalno zdravlje, +381 11 3307 500.
  • Federation of BiH: Zavod za bolesti ovisnosti Kantona Sarajevo, 033/257-750 (from the Federal Ministry of Finance list). We found no helpline verified on an organisation’s own site for Republika Srpska.
  • Croatia: national self-exclusion register at the Croatian Institute of Public Health (HZJZ), +385 1 4863 222; Klinika za psihijatriju Sveti Ivan, 01 3430 000.

Our responsible gambling page covers every country.

Mozzart login: where to log in safely

The login form takes your username or the email address used at registration, plus your password. The official addresses are mozzartbet.com for Serbia and mozzartbet.ba for Bosnia and Herzegovina; the help centres sit at help.mozzartbet.com and help.mozzartbet.ba. Mozzart’s Serbian support is reachable by chat and email from 07:00 to midnight and by phone from 09:00 to 17:00 on 0800 800 899; the Bosnian line is 0800 50 713.

How to spot a phishing clone

  • Type the domain yourself or use the app. Do not follow login links from ads, Telegram or Viber “tip” groups or text messages.
  • Read the whole address. Clones add a word, a hyphen or a different ending (for example a .net or .online version). A padlock only means the connection is encrypted, not that the site is Mozzart’s.
  • Check the footer. The real Serbian site names Mozzart d.o.o. and the approval of 3 March 2025; the Bosnian site names Mozzart d.o.o. Banja Luka and the Republika Srpska approval.
  • Never share the SMS code. The four-digit code is for you alone; support does not need it, and the help centre says your password is unknown to Mozzart itself.
  • Expect the regulator’s warning signs. Serbia’s Games of Chance Administration warned in May 2026 that illegal operators use search engine tricks, affiliate networks and influencers to look trustworthy.

If you forget your password, the “forgot password” route sends a reset by SMS if your phone number is verified, or through support if it is not. If you suspect someone used your account, change the password and contact support at once.

How we checked this page

On 15 October 2026 we read the Serbian Games of Chance Administration register (online section, 25 operators), the Federal Ministry of Finance online list of 30 September 2026 and the Croatian Tax Administration’s blocklist of 9 October 2026, which we searched for every Mozzart domain. We copied the licence wording from the footers of mozzartbet.com and mozzartbet.ba, read Mozzart’s Serbian help centre in full (149 articles, including their last-modified dates) and the Bosnian help centre’s payment articles, and pulled app versions from Apple’s store data for the Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian and Macedonian storefronts. Where a help article is old, we say so. Written by Stefan Nikolić, fact-checked by Maja Horvat; our rating method explains how we compare operators. Frequently asked questions about Mozzart

Is Mozzart licensed in Serbia?

Yes. MOZZART D.O.O. BEOGRAD is on the Serbian Games of Chance Administration register of online operators with the domain mozzartbet.com. Its site footer cites approval no. 003274747 2024 10529 001 000 450 005 of 3 March 2025. The approval covers Serbia only; other countries need their own licence, and Mozzart runs Bosnia through a separate company.

Can I use Mozzart in Croatia?

Mozzart holds no Croatian licence. It is not among the 12 online licensees on the Croatian Tax Administration’s list, and mozzart.com is on the tax authority’s blocklist of 9 October 2026. Croatian law bans playing foreign games with stakes paid from Croatia, with fines of EUR 1,320 to 6,630 on paper, so a Croatian player loses local protection there.

Where can I download the Mozzart app?

On iPhone, Apple’s App Store lists Mozzart Bet – Sport & Kazino from MOZZART DOO BEOGRAD; on 15 October 2026 it appeared in the Serbian and Croatian storefronts. Bosnia has separate apps, MozzartBet RS and MozzartBet Fed. For Android, Mozzart’s help centre explains installing the APK from its own site. Use only mozzartbet.com or mozzartbet.ba, never a third-party download page.

How long does a Mozzart withdrawal take?

Mozzart’s help centre says bank withdrawals up to 100,000 RSD arrive within minutes, every day of the week, with no fees. Single withdrawals between 100,000 and 300,000 RSD are paid the next day, and larger ones on the next working day. The minimum bank withdrawal is 500 RSD. Cash in a Mozzart shop is limited to 50,000 RSD a day.

Does Mozzart have an online casino?

Yes. Serbian accounts include Kazino with slots and table games, Kazino uživo with live dealers, Aviator and number games such as Lucky 6. The casino uses a separate balance, so you transfer money from the betting balance in My account. The Bosnian site mozzartbet.ba offers slots and live games too. Online casino has no legal basis in the Federation of BiH.

How do I self-exclude from Mozzart?

Use the self-exclusion form on Mozzart’s Change details page, where you can also set daily, weekly or monthly stake and loss limits. Under Article 95a of Serbia’s Games of Chance Law, the exclusion lasts at least 24 hours, a permanent exclusion cannot be reversed for 12 months, and the regulator passes it to every other online operator where you have an account.

What is the official Mozzart login address?

For Serbia it is mozzartbet.com, and for Bosnia and Herzegovina mozzartbet.ba. Type the address yourself or use the app from the official store. Log in with your username or email and password, and never share the SMS code. Check the footer: the real Serbian site cites the approval of 3 March 2025 issued by the Games of Chance Administration.

18+ only. Betting and casino games can be addictive; stake only what you can afford to lose.
